El IE Master in Architectural Design abre su ciclo de conferencias de 2013 en el Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid con el arquitecto japonés Sou Fujimoto.
La conferencia de Sou Fujimoto, «Evolving Ideas: Primitive Future», sirvió de foro para que los estudiantes participaran en un debate abierto entre arquitectos, críticos, profesionales independientes y emprendedores.
¿Cuál es el significado de la arquitectura? y ¿cómo se relaciona con la naturaleza? son las dos preguntas que Sou Fujimoto sigue planteándose.
Sus proyectos son un fiel reflejo de una continua investigación de la relación entre:
ciudad y arquitectura
arquitectura y paisaje
mobiliario y arquitectura
interior y exterior,
naturaleza y arquitectura
IE Master in Architectural Design opens its 2013 lecture series program, at the Círculo of Bellas Artes in Madrid, with the Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto.
Sou Fujimoto’s lecture, “Evolving Ideas: Primitive Future”, served as a forum for students to participate in open discussions between scholars, critics, independent professionals, entrepreneurs, curators and cultural activists.
What is the meaning of Architecture? and how does it relate to nature? are the two questions that Sou Fujimoto continues to ponder on.
His projects are a pure reflection of his continuous research of the relationship between:
city and architecture
architecture and landscape
inside and outside
nature and architecture

Me sorprende quien lleva la dirección de este Máster, el mismo director que hundió el BIArch en Barcelona, debiendo dinero a todo el mundo. Lo bueno es que esta vez no despilfarrará dinero público (eso espero).

What a surprise. This guy did a lot in Barcelona: A lot of wasting every penny from his previous institution, while being the director. This dude has no experience in architecture; His major attribute is being a great ass-licker and a pathetic leader.
I hope nobody will – again – trust this guy enough to commit a single day of his life to him nor this major degree, since I could bet it’s not going to last more than a year or two, just enough for him to suck all the money the institute can offer him and then run away. Same old story.
