El proceso de renovación del barrio de Battersea, está en proceso desacuerdo a un plan maestro de Rafael Viñoli, y la tercera fase corresponderá a la propuesta de la union temporal de estos dos estudios, comprenderá 1200 viviendas, hotel, biblioteca y 35.000 m2 de comercio.
